TERMS OF USE FOR THE DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT APPLICATION

 

1.     This application is intended for company employees to facilitate access and management of their personal and professional documents, such as payslips, identification documents, contracts, and other files relevant to the employment relationship.

2.     It is developed with web/hybrid technology, meaning it can be accessed on any operating system, such as Android / iOS / Windows / Linux / MacOS, and can be used on a mobile phone, tablet, notebook, or PC.

3.     It has an online database, accessed through an API with high-security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the information.

4.     All data is linked to the employee's ID (unique identification in the system) and protected by an access token generated upon authentication, which has an expiration period and can be renewed with constant use of the application.

5.     The employee's corporate email will be used for password recovery in case of loss or forgetfulness, ensuring a secure way to restore access.

6.     The company is not responsible for the loss or exposure of information in case of equipment theft or data leaks caused by viruses or keyloggers on the user's device.

7.     In case of theft or loss of a device with access to the application, please immediately notify the IT or HR department so that your account can be reset and access blocked.

8.     Your personal and professional data are confidential and will NOT be disclosed to third parties, being used strictly for the purposes of the employment relationship, in accordance with the company's security and privacy policies.

9.     The interface and the way data is organized may change with system updates. In case of questions or suggestions, please contact IT or HR support.

10.  The use of this application implies acceptance and agreement with the terms described herein and with the company's internal information security policies.

If there is a delay in communication between the software and the database, please check the quality of your internet connection. If the problem persists, contact IT support to analyze latency with our servers.
